Replace every rule of an access group (admin only)

PUT 
/api/v1/access-groups/:group_id/rules

The whole rule set is replaced atomically: anything not in the request is removed. Sharing tag and library IDs must exist; tag and genre names need not, so a rule can be set up before any series carries the name.
