OPDS-PSE: Get a page image with reading progress tracking

GET 
/opds/books/:book_id/pages/:page_number

Serves the page image (delegating to the v1 handler) and records reading progress via the batching service. This is the endpoint used by OPDS PSE clients that read page-by-page and need implicit progress tracking, since they don't have a JavaScript frontend to send explicit progress updates.
