Distinct values present in the inbox under the given filters.

GET 
/api/v1/releases/facets

Returns the languages, libraries, and series that have at least one matching ledger row. The frontend uses this to populate cascading Select dropdowns so users never have to type a UUID and never see dropdown options that would yield zero results.
