Preview what a user can see (admin only)

GET 
/api/v1/users/:user_id/visibility-preview

Counts the series the user can and cannot see and lists every library with whether they can see it. With seriesId, also explains that series: which deny rules hide it (and from which group), or which groups let it through, or that no allow rule matches it. Uses the same rules as enforcement, built fresh rather than from the cache.
