Whether release tracking is available for a given library.

GET 
/api/v1/release-sources/applicability

Read-only, requires only SeriesRead: the response carries no admin-sensitive data (no plugin IDs, no configs, no library allowlists), just the boolean and friendly display names. Used by the frontend to:

  • hide the per-series Tracking panel + Releases tab on libraries with no applicable plugin (cleaner UX);
  • decide whether to show the "Track for releases" / "Don't track for releases" entries in the bulk-selection menu.
